To view your information from a different location or a different computer, log in with the same TsarlackONLINE ID and password that you used to create your account. You don't need to re-register. Be aware that when you log in the TsarlackONLINE System a cookie is not set on your computer so you don’t need to sign out.

Why does my browser try to load a TsarlackONLINE page but never finish?

2.Click on the "Delete Files" button and click "OK" when prompted.
3.Click on the "Settings..." button.
4.In the section "Check for newer versions of stored pages," select "Every visit to the page," and then click "OK."
5.Locate the "History" heading right below it, click on the "Clear History" button, and then choose "Yes" when prompted.
6.Click "OK" to close the window, and then close and restart your browser.

For Netscape 4.x for Windows or Mac :
1.Open the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences..."
2.Click the plus to the left of "Advanced" on the left side, and then choose "Cache" from the drop-down list.
3.Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button and choose "OK" when prompted.
4.Click the "Clear Disk Cache" button and choose "OK" when prompted.
5.Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Preferences window, and then close and restart your browser.

For Internet Explorer 4.x for Windows :
1.Open the "View" menu and choose "Internet Options..."
2.Locate the "Temporary Internet files" heading, click the "Delete Files" button, and click "OK" when prompted.
3.Locate the "History" heading, click the "Clear History" button, and click "OK" when prompted. 4.Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Internet Options window, and then close and restart your browser.

For Internet Explorer 4.x or 3.x for Mac :
1.Open the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences."
2.Choose "Advanced" from the "Web browser" heading on the left side.
3.In the "Cache" section, click the "Empty Now" button.
4.Click "OK" to close the Preferences window.
5.Next, open the "Go" menu from IE's menu bar and choose "Open History."
6.Hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and select each of the pages that pertain to TsarlackONLINE from the current day's history.
7.Release the "Shift" key, and drag the selected items into the trash.
8.Close the History window, empty the trash, and then close and restart your browser.

Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages," click the button for "Every visit to the page." Click "OK" to save your changes. Click "OK" to close the menu. The stock quotes and news are out of date. How do I update News.Ts, GBCT and other TsarlackONLINE Sites?
If you've left your browser open to News.Ts, GBCT or another TsarlackONLINE Sites and haven't touched it, the news and stock quotes may not be the latest available. To update the information Click the "Reload/Refresh" button in your browser.
Why did some TsarlackONLINE Pages disappear?
TsarlackONLINE may be temporarily unavailable. You can still access TsarlackONLINE by accessing the alternative TsarlackONLINE Mirror Site.
How do I delete previous entries that come up when I type something into TsarlackONLINE Find! search boxes?
If you're using Internet Explorer for Windows, typing things into a form or search box may show entries you've typed in the past. To turn this feature off follow these steps:
1.Open the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
2.Click the "Content" tab.
3.Click the "AutoComplete" button.
4.Adjust the settings to your liking.
5.Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
6.Click the "OK" button to close the menu.
