Climb the 400 steps to the top of the spire of the church for panoramic views of Copenhagen. The last steps are on the outside of the spire. Rumour has it that the designer threw himself out of the tower, when he discovered the rotation of the stairs was the wrong way, so that sword fights would have to be fought with the left hand, however the spiralling stairs was meant to symbol the ascend into heaven.

Visit the Christiania Area.

1:00pm

On the way back see the 1640 Borsen building that was the former stock exchange and architecturally has an interesting spiral roof.

1:30pm

Visit the Little Mermaid Statue.

2:30pm

Pass through Amalienborg Palace. The Kingdom of Denmark’s Royal residence.

3:15pm

Visit the King's Garden and the Rosenborg Palace to see the crown jewels which are on display in the catacombs beneath the castle.

6:00pm

Visit the Tivoli Amusement Park and do some rides.
